Would it be good to minor in Spanish if I get a degree in Psychology?
The area of psychology I am thinking about going into is Industrial Organizational Psychology. I feel like I need some kind of minor because I need to complete 120 credit hours to graduate.

Minoring in a language is a great idea — it is very useful to know another language in any field you pursue. But I will warn you, studying a language involves a lot of literature. A language concentration is just like an English one, except in another language, so be prepared to do lots of reading and critical writing in that language. You may want to rethink this based on your Spanish abilities. If you have any background, I would go for it.
