Question by Little J: Where can I find a psychology article about the effects of unusual names in children?
I’ve been all over Google Scholar, and my university’s library archives. I cannot find one professional psychology article on the implications of uncommon names in children for my research paper. I specifically want to explore the relationship between uncommon names in boys and later psychological problems.
Any suggestions for where else I could look to find a good periodical on this? (Just in case it crosses your mind, I’m not looking for magazine or newspaper articles – I’m looking for scientific studies)

if those names can be compared to something like and object or a disease, then bullying can occur and can cause mental and personality problems and can make the kid feel depressed………also, it can happen if the name has a derogatory meaning……
