What type of degree concentration will allow me to pursue a career similar to organizational psychology?
I am looking for a degree other than one in I-O psychology. I love the I-O field so I want a degree that offers me the similar opportunities to be able to help organizations use their human resources more effectively.

Many schools offer specializations in (1) Leadership and Organizational Change, (2) Organizational Behavior, or Human and Organizational Development. All of these offer essentially the same type of education; although the perspective of each will vary slightly. They all pertain to human capital and understanding/improving organizational effectiveness.
