what kind of insurance would i need, to cover psychotherapy?

can i buy insurance, that covers some, or most of the cost of psychotherapy?

    Most health insurance covers it, but policies vary and each state has different minimum requirements.
    Read any policy before you buy it. If there’s anything you don;t understand don’t sign until you do.

    You need regular health insurance. Usually, counseling is limited to 20 sessions a year.

    To be very honest – there is no insurance company which will provide you coverage for psychotherapy unless and until this is a cause due to some accident you were involved in or a result of an accident.

    If this condition already is in existence than it would be considered an exclusion.

    Health insurance plans usually cover this. Check with your employer’s benefits office.
