What is the difference between counseling psychology and child psychology?
I kind of confused of what they both study in. I would like to work with kids, but I would also like to focus on adults, should I study counseling psychology instead, would I be able to work with children?

In most cases, you complete a course of education in general psychology that includes developmental psychology as well as adult psychology.
Then you go onto further studies in the specialty of child psychology, so you would still have a basis to counsel adults if you wanted.
