you might check out this website “www.phds.org”. it has a lot of information in terms of school ranking. Also you can check the US News ranking. I am not sure if they have counseling psychology under one of the sub-disciplines though

I would recommend any program that also has a Ph D program in counseling psychology. There are 70 of them approved by the APA and they can be found listed at http://www.apa.org/ed/accreditation/counspsy.html
