Question by Perry 2012: Correlation between Political Affiliation and Mental illness? I think I found a correlation between political affiliation and child psychology!? I lived in a rural area once, where I helped teach Special Ed to Developmentally disabled/Emotionally disturbed teenagers. Most of their parents lived on government checks (disability, SSI, food stamps, WIC) The area was >90% white. Most of these children suffered neglect and physical abuse and were in foster care.
