What is the difference (in coursework focus and occupations) between experimental and cognative psychology?

I have a BS in general Psychology but wish to continue my degree. However, I don’t like the clinical side. Been there, seen that. Don’t want any part of it. I prefer analysis. Observations. Hypothesis. Correlations. With children, animals, systems (political, cultural, etc). All of it.
