Recommend a book about psychoanalysis?

I’m curious to learn about theories/methods of psychoanalysis, but have no background in the field, so I would like to read something accessible.

Look up Freud. He was the founder of this field.

Sigmund Freud. He is the father of Psychoanalysis. U can still get a good book, but not as detailed as his. The best one, I’d suggest!
