my friend is a genius! what do i do?
My IQ is over average, but my friend is a lot smarter than me. he’s got all symptoms of a genius. he’s usually bored, unmotivated, he’s always right (about everything: architecture, psychology, geometry, politics… all stuff), his ideas are really stunning.
and its not about knowledge, he doesn’t read too much, its about abilities! I”m sure that if he somehow gets motivated to read all the works in physics, he’ll discover something new and important.

i could try to find another genius for him, but that seems so hard to do, since they all are living in their isolated caves, except those that found something interesting to do, like Dr. House(the character).
or maybe i should use him, to make money. if i’d had a million dollars, im sure he’d make me a billionaire. all i need is to motivate him, and find some smart people that would fallow him and his believes. cuz from what i see, dummies think that he’s weird and he talks nonsense…
oh yeah, and he’s a true philanthropist, i’d vote him for president.
actually this guy amazed me, and im so angry that he doesnt care getting rich, or being a politician, or do something in art…
best option now seems to be selling his stories. he’s got great imagination. i could sell some scripts and make some money, then i could buy him a house, or if i get really rich, i’ll buy him a research center, i know that would make him really happy :)
i don’t know why i wrote this, don’t see any chances to really find some help here, but i guess i waned to share this worldwide :) and yet, if there is a genius out there reading this, come and get this guy out of his cave! let’s start a revolution or something :)

these people get motivated when they meet challenge, like all human beings, xcept they need a challenge for their brain size. so find some businessman or movie producer or a politician or an architect, and tell them to challenge him, like: build me a house like never seen on earth, or gimme a script for a movie that will set the beginning of a new genre, or be my business partner and make us number one. that will get his attention, like Dr. House, he wont take any case, only difficult ones.

Well, you seem to think that genius’ are scarce. The opposite is actually true, if you look at the BELL curve, then you must accept that there is at least as many genius’ as there is idiots and morons.
If he really is a genius, find your local MENSA chapter, adn see if he can qualify for membership.

If he is that clever do you not think that he’ll recognize you trying to take advantage of him and then resent you for that? Just be his friend and stop looking for ways to exploit him or you’ll regret it.
