I found this really informative. I work in marketing, and I am disgusted at a lot of the things that go on. – in order to pressure the public into shopping.
I recommend people stop buying stuff because they were told too, and start just buying what you really need and want.

I finally learned not to fall asleep. My first 3 time in psychology, zi falled sleep and I was asked out of clasd because I was snoring and disyurbing other students hahaha. Nice short hypnosis.

Very relaxing! I felt as though my eyelids were stuck together and unopenable (which kind of freaked me out so I had to open them briefly)! I feel very relaxed, sleepy and content. Unusually, and contrary to the above feelings, I feel full of energy and as if I could do anything.
