    It’s amazing that all you need is a medicine ball to do everything necessary to tone up and build muscle. It’s amazing but it’s true. And in Medicine Ball Workouts by Brett Stewart you’ll discover how to strengthen your major and supporting muscle groups. Now this is important because it’s doing compound exercises that gives you power and builds muscle. It’s not doing isolated lifting.
