This is a great read for couples in a long term relationship looking for a little advice on how to spice things up. Dr. Berman really understands the problems that can come up with committed couples, like finding time to connect. She gives great tips on things to try to get your sex life back on track. There is also a very detailed section of the book on things to spice things up in the bedroom. This is definitely not for young eyes, but fantastic for a little help when things go stale.

Every Woman Should Read This!,
“Loving Sex” was the book I’ve been looking for. Even though I’m in my 40s and have been sexually active for many years, this gave me a framework that really made me think about my sex life in a whole new manner. It’s not creepy or clinical, but it’s written in a helpful, friendly tone, Dr. Berman is that wise older sister that I’ve always wanted talking to me, telling me how to really start enjoying sex and getting what I want.
I would recommend this for women of all ages, because you are never too old or too young to read this

LOVING SEX,
THIS BOOK WAS EXCELLENT I AM NOT TO BIG ON ALL THIS STUFF LIKE POSITION ETC BUT THIS BOOK EXPLAIN EVERYTHING IN A WAY THAT I UNDERSTOOD AND WENT INTO DETAILS THAT WERE UNDERSTANDABLE JUST LOVE THE AUTHOR
