Question by : Is there an age limit for a Masters program in child psychology? I am a 42 year old SAHM.?
I already have a BA degree in psychology, with a 3.50 GPA. Right now, I want to go to graduate school in child psychology because I want to get a job as a school counselor. Do I need a Masters degree for that?

Yes, you do. Didn’t someone tell you this somewhere along the way? I find it extremely difficult to believe that your adviser didn’t go over all of this with you at some point during the four years it took to earn your degree.
You can get a masters in counseling, rehabilitative counseling , or go into school counseling. There are also other fields, such as industrial, child/play therapy, etc.
