The book is not filled with terminology that has to be looked up all the time but does give valuable information in regard to the books contents. However, I am appalled and irritated with the amount of typographical errors in a book that cost me $100. There's an error on every other page! I've encountered at least five just this evening. The content is good but the proofreading needs a lot of attention. Rating: 3 / 5 This book presents a good overview of topics in Organizational and Industrial Psychology and was helpful to me in studying for a course.
