There are very few neuropsychology programs in Canada. The only schools I am aware of in Canada are University of Victoria and Universit of Windsor. Your best bet is to do a PhD in clinical psychology with a focus on neuropsychology. From there, do your internship in a neuropsych setting and then do a post-doc in neuropsych. Once you have completed school, you will be in a very good position with respect to jobs. You can pretty much have your pick as there are not very many neuropsychologists out there.
