I need help finding a good college that works with neuropsychology…?
I’ve googled everything and I can’t find a good college that deals with that type of stuff, where you work with the brain and what makes you do the stuff you do. I don’t care where in the world it is; I need help!

You’ll need a PhD or MD to work in the field of neuropsychology. Major in psychology and biology as an undergrad; you’ll be looking for a grad program that combines them, not an undergrad program.
