Question by : I herd if you take Psychology you need to take statistics? What if u didn’t take grade 12 math?
K so i herd that if you take psychology u need to take a math course which is statistics. I didn’t take a grade 12 math and it was that a grade 12 math is recommended. Will i fall behind or get a bad grade if i didn’t take any grade 12 maths? Help please

You should be able to do fine in statistics if you successfully completed Algebra II. Most students who go directly to a 4-year college or university have completed at least Algebra I & II and Geometry.

And yes, you are expected to take statistics if you major in Psychology. Statistics is how research psychologists and their professional colleagues analyze data from their research.

    I never made it past 10th grade but managed to take Stats in college. Just take the math prerequiste

    No, 12th grade math is recommended; that means it isn’t required.

    But, might I make a suggestion? A few more English classes.
