    The subject of hypnosis always intrigued me, however I knew very little about it. I was interested in self improvement and looking for a tool to assist in my personal growth. I found the book very logical and straight forward in presenting the information. The step by step approach, self examinations and exercises helped me immensely. It also dispelled a lot of the myths surrounding this subject for me since I didn’t know if I was going to cluck like a chicken or whatever.

    I would highly recommend this book for anyone interested in the self-improvement process. This straight forward approach helped me deal with fact versus fiction on the subject of hypnosis in general. The positive affirmations were a new concept for me to absorb, but well worth the effort. I am already observing improvements in my overall thinking process as well as my personal life as a result. Thanks.
