How would you compare the psychology and philosophy sections of Yahoo Answers?
I spend most of in philosophy…but a lot of the questions that interest me are ones on human nature and believes….what do you think each section has to offer?

I’m just starting on the Philosophy questions, but there seems to be more of a variety of questions here about things while in the Psychology section, they ask for solutions for their problems. Not that it’s a bad thing, because people there are like ohgoshdarn smart and always have an answer there.

Almost all of Yahoo Anbswers is at best entertainment. No one should consider anything on this site as serious material.
That is not to say that an occasional gem does not appear but it is a rare event.

I love this section.
A lot of my questions could prolly be in psychology, but it’s a habit to put them in philosophy! lol.
I think the psychology section has much to offer…sometimes the questions are more clinical, and more about behavior and the brain…
where as I like philosophy more for the “deeper” questions…sometimes there is an added dimension of ‘spirituality’ in the philosophy section.
