Everyone is born with a unique personality, in order to develop the personality properly; it’s impotent that a kid is understood and treated reasonably,
If the parents have the ability to understand another point of view, the kid will probably grow up to be the most of his/her uique personality. if the parents don’t have the skill of understanding, (not to mention abuse) the parents than expect the kid to do everything that they do while some things might not be proper for the kids personality, so the kid gets limited in the mind from doing things that are proper for his/her personality while he/she is forced to do things that are not proper, that might result in mantel disorders in later stages in life, depending how far his/her personality is different from the parents.
So here is my answer to all of your questions,
1) How is personality developed? A person is born with a unique personality and is developed by the parents
2) What roles do gentics and environment play in personality developement? Genetics is what makes the mind and parents are the ones who develope it, if the parents are understanding; the kid doesn’t need understanding from others, if the parents are not understanding; the kid needs more understanding in other places which if it’s not given; it might result in severe problems.
3) How do experiance influence personality? When a kid has an expectation of being understood, if he/she is not understood, the pain remains in the brain and is being stored to memory, that is experiance. if a similar situation occurres in later stages in life; the pain comes up again resulting the person to handle the situation with pain like a kid.
4) How is a person motivated? A person is motivated when he/she knows exectly what he/she wants and is working towards that direction.
