1. Why should the teacher develop both side of the brain?
1A. The brain, our brain, is quite elegantly the supreme organ of learning. All that we do, all that we are, emanates from our brain. Yet, few educators in their undergraduate or graduate work receive detailed information on the brain and how the brain learns or what is happening (or not happening) when the brain does not learn well. See the first link for details.
2. How can you develop attention in seeing, reading and hearing?
2A. I could earn zillions if I had an answer to this puzzle. However, it has been stated by the Lindamood-Bell Learning people that “when auditory conceptual stimulation is made available to primary students, as an introduction to the reading/spelling process, it accelerates reading and spelling development and prevents disabilities.” See link two below for more details.
3. What kind of intelligence do we have?
3A. The third and fourth links below will assist with this question. I wanted to play this one smart by saying artificial intelligence (A.I.), but that would be a joke. Our intelligence is actually dictated by a number of things, not to mention genetics, what stimuli we are subjected to (or not subjected to), and the technology that we continue to develop.

The teacher should develop both side of the brain because they should be able to outweight the capacity of their students. For developing attention in seeing, reading and hearing, design your activities in such a way that your students are instinctly motivated to do so. Your attractive appearance, and personality and the way you present your lesson might attract them towards their seeing, reading, and hearing. The intelligence we have is a skill that can be developed through training and devotion to teaching………..
