McCann and Dyer present a well written book, “Forensic Assessment with the Millon Inventories”. It covers many topics germane in the personality assessment of individuals in forensic settings. While the opinions of judges differ, in many jurisdictions, the Millon instruments don’t meet the Dow Chemical standard, thus rendering in those jurisdictions assessments with the Millon inadmissible in court.
