Do I need hypnosis to get rid of other hypnotic induced thoughts?
Okay, so the story is, a long time ago I saw some stupid video of a woman who tries to hypnotize you sexually. I listened to it and in it she says you need to let her “enter” your mind and “trust” her, bad move. Since at the end she tells you to go to her website and when I did, I saw some video (one of the few free ones) that tried making you become obsessed with her by using reverse psychology (trying to pretty much get in your face and tell you DONT BECOME OBSESSED and saying “I’M INSIDE YOUR MIND RIGHT NOW, THATS A SCARY THOUGHT HUH?” and then try to convince you why she controlled your mind. Anyway to make a long story short, I got very worried about it like a year later and saw through another site she had a hypnosis mp3 that would make you get rid of any unwanted hypnotic suggestions. I was so worried I decided to do it,a nd then I somehow ended up listening to them like 10 times.
Anyway in the end, it just made me think of her more! And I think of her when I see certain objects (like light) or when I read certain phrases.
Do I need to see a hypnotherapist now to get rid of this stuff? Or will it go away naturally? I haven’t seen it again in like a month but I still keep thinking of it and it keeps worrying me. Idk if it’s OCD or what but I just want to stop thinking about her and move on with my life.
Thanks.

see a hypnotherapist for a face-to-face session. it shoudn’t be difficult to get rid of the bs suggestions.

Yes, you need to see a hypnotist or hypnotherapist to remove this.

a hypnotist could easily get rid of your problem.

I’m curious as to which hypnotherapist is controlling your mind. I know quite a few of them, but you don’t have to tell (probably a good idea that you don’t!). :)
Hypnosis probably would help you get rid of intrusive thoughts, or help you release yourself from unwanted thoughts and feelings. I’ve never tried anything like this, but will be developing something along these lines very soon thanks to you!
You can try self hypnosis, or have a session with a live hypnotist that you can trust. Most of us are pretty good people, who keep you in control at all times, so finding one you can trust won’t be hard to do.
Good luck!
