Could someone with a degree from Psychology, apply master’s programme for Neuroscience?

You absolutely can apply, especially if you have a BS in Psychology. The author Sam Harris is completing his Ph.D. in Neuroscience after getting a bachelors in Philosophy. I would ask the programs you’re trying to apply to for information on classes that you may or may not need to take to be admitted to their program. Good luck.
