This book was a required source for my psychology class. Make sure you get the CD with it. It has some interesting information that may not be in book. In the short time that I have been reading this book I have discovered many things about myself and others. It really dives deep into what makes us tick. I did have a little problem with ordering my book from Anybook thru Amazon. I ordered NEW and received a USED book, however, Anybook did lower my price and responded swiflty in taking care of my complaint. I will order from
Amazon and Anybook again because of their great customer service.

This has been the worst experience i have ever had on Amazon. I have tried to order this book 3 different times and I have yet to recieve it. I have been charged for it each time and had to wait for a refund. I am sill waiting for it. How can you sell a product if you have none???
