Karen Giorgetti, Associate Professor, Youngstown State University This study examines the real and perceived effectiveness of clicker technology on student attendance and performance in different types of psychology courses (general psychology and educational psychology). Students in both courses were compared with peers in a different section of the same course who did not utilize a Classroom Response System (CRS). The enrollment of the courses and type of students in the courses differed. There were significant differences in attendance by type of course.
