I was taking lexapro, I withdrawal myself from it without consulting my doctor, its been 3 months know. The first month was HORRIBLE, I thought I was going to commit suicide ( but I didnt I am still here) know I feel much better, I get Anxieties from time to time, but I dont wanna take any meds( I refuse to, Lexapro was taking all of my aggressiveness away, I was feeling like doin nothin most of the time, I had a very “soft” attitude to approach situations) So I would like to if Cognitve Psychology can help deal with “Anxieties” and eventually control them and get rid off them.
