Career opportunities with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology?
I just changed my major to Industrial-Organizational Psychology because I’d like to work in human resources and have an interest in psychology as a subject in general. My question is, are there opportunities available in human resources with just a bachelor’s degree?

The field of HR has many different levels of expertise. While it is possible to obtain a position in HR with a bachelor’s (you would work as HR practitioner), to be an HR specialist or consulting services, you should have a Masters or PhD.
To ease your entry into a job after your bachelor’s, try to find internships to gain experience and network. That will get you much further into finding a great job. As well, depending on where you live, there is often a State or National HR certification you can obtain. This will also help you. Good luck!
