I’m affraid not, medicine requires very high standards, and you most certainly need straight A’s. I would’ve considered chemistry aswell, however requirements differ from university to university. Not to mention just the grades are not sufficient enough — you have to go through an interview.
Alternative is to get a BSc degree eg biomedical science, you will have to get a 2:1 at least —- than you can get into medicine through graduate entry, but this is quiet competitive as well. In all honesty ‘medicine’ is very very competitive, and you need a lot more than just grades to get in. . . :-)

When you say “get into medicine,” are you talking about actually becoming a doctor of some kind, or about getting into the medical field in general? There are lots of medical-related jobs that don’t require an MD or PhD (and you wouldn’t want your surgeon or internist to have gotten C’s in anything, would you?!)
I suggest looking into supportive roles like medical/ x-ray technician or maybe billing and coding. It just depends on whether you like the math side of things the most, or whether you really enjoy interacting with patients. Working in a hospital or doctor’s office, no matter what you do, will help people! Plus, often you can learn things on the job if the docs and nurses are willing to teach you. There’s a lot you can do to help without going to med school, and I personally have more respect for my technicians and NP’s than my MD’s most of the time!
