You can of course try to get a job in any field with any degree (many people have been very successful with this). Now in reality without a MA degree and a degree specifically in I/O psych it is unclear whether some one will hire you. Your BSW did (or should have) given you some good basic understanding of organizations and human behavior and good basic skills in intervening in these areas. However, many in corporate america would not know this, so it would be a tougher sell….but worth a shot.
