Scenario- For e.g., someone confesses or says during psychotherapy that they killed 100 people. Would it be admissable as confession in a Bangladesh court? Furthermore, can the psychotherapist reveal this information to others, or to the police to interrogation this person?

For something like that, you should see a lawyer. You can hire a lawyer for just one hour, and it will cost you maybe $ 350. Worth it, if you have a very serious legal problem. I think this even though I’m a lower middle class person and am educated as hell.
