    What an outstanding book! Depression is a very misunderstood subject, but fortunately every now and the appears new, refreshing information. This is one of those cases. The author does a great job outlining different strategies we can easily implement to prevent, fight, and ultimately overcome depression once for all! Highly recommended.

    This is plain and simply a reference guide to everyday living with improved physical and mental functioning. The principles listed sound too preposterous to be true or to work but even the few exercises I tried brought almost immediate improvement. I read it now and then, take new notes on things I missed during prior readings and implement what I can. Easy to understand, no gobbledy gook or medical mumbo jumbo. Love the book and recommend it to all.

    I found the suggestions to be straight forward and diverse—and potentially helpful. However, when “in conclusion….” stated something to the effect of “Now that you know the type of your hair….” it made me question the accuracy of the book. Perhaps there was something wrong with the download?
