5. Commitment [Project for Industrial Organizational Psychology course at CUHK]
This is a video produced for the Industrial Organizational Psychology course project. We are students from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and we all mojor in Psychology. We did randomized phone interviews and collected 156 responses from Hong Kong public. Me, Bonnie, Joseph and Britney made this video to demonstrate what Hong Kong employees like their bosses to do and what behaviors they don’t like their bosses to demonstrate.
